About the Event
After class enjoy your favorite brews or add a twist by upgrading to a beer cocktails paired with delicious spring snacks! Choose lemonade to make a shandy or make it a bloody beer!
A Vinyasa class led by Emily, who is insured & certified in both Vinyasa and Sculpt. All levels are welcome, modifications will be offered.
Emily currently leads a few classes in Perham @ B Still yoga & is excited to share her practice in Wadena!
Please bring your own yoga mat. Ice water will be provided. Class is $20/person and includes 1 hour class + one 10 oz beer, coffee, tea, soda or NA beverage.
