This yoga session centers on the themes of letting go and embracing the new. As we progress through October, we witness a shift from warm, sunny days to cooler breezes and the stunning colors of autumn foliage. Just like nature, we must release the old to create space for new growth.

About the Event
After class enjoy your favorite brews or add a twist by upgrading to a beer cocktail. Choose lemonade to make a shandy or make it a bloody beer!
A Vinyasa class led by Emily, who is insured & certified in both Vinyasa and Sculpt. All levels are welcome, modifications will be offered.
Emily currently leads a few classes in Perham @ Studio Sculpt & is always excited to share her practice in Wadena!
Please bring your own yoga mat. Ice water will be provided. Class is $20/person and includes 1 hour class + one 10 oz beer, coffee, tea, soda or NA beverage.
